Why WGR uses external services

WGR helps listeners discover artists, releases, playlists and scheduled content through official pages and players. Instead of claiming ownership of hosted music or video, WGR may link to or embed material made available by an artist, label, DJ or platform account.

Other official artist, label, ticketing or social links may be shown when relevant. The platforms available on a particular profile, release or schedule entry depend on the links supplied and approved in the Admin Dashboard.

Who controls the service

Each external provider controls its own accounts, player, content delivery, advertising, accessibility, geographic restrictions, age limits, availability, privacy practices, cookies and terms. WGR cannot guarantee that a provider link or embed will remain available or work on every browser and device.

Privacy and cookies

Loading or interacting with an external feature may send technical information such as your IP address and browser details to the provider. The provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. WGR’s Privacy and Cookie pages explain how WGR handles its part of the interaction.

Leaving WGR

An external link takes you to a service WGR does not operate. Check the destination address and the provider’s terms before signing in, paying, uploading content or sharing personal information. WGR does not ask for your password for an external music or social account.

Reporting a problem

Use /contact to report a broken, misleading or inappropriate external link. Include the WGR page URL and the link concerned. For removal of a source file hosted by a provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly.

Ticket websites and automatic event imports

Skiddle, RavePass and other official ticket pages can be sources for event topics and outbound links. WGR may summarise event information and display authorised artwork. Listings are not booking confirmations, guaranteed availability or endorsements of every organiser. Check the seller’s current event details, fees, age restrictions, cancellation and refund terms before buying. Payments, bookings and ticket-holder enquiries take place with the relevant seller or organiser.

Partners and affiliate links

The WGR partners area can contain promotional or sponsored outbound links. Where a link involves commission or another commercial relationship it should be identified clearly. A listing does not guarantee the quality, safety or availability of a product or service.

Automatic loading

Some external players and remote images load when you visit a WGR page. The footer cookie notice is an information notice and does not currently provide per-provider blocking. See /cookies for the current behaviour and controls.
