Use the contact form below for website questions, schedule corrections, artist or release updates, partnership enquiries and general feedback. Include the relevant WGR page URL when your message is about a specific page.
Music submissions
Use /artist-submissions for profile changes or releases, or /submit-music for an authorised listening link when you want WGR to consider an artist or release. Send an official public listening link and confirm that you own the material or are authorised to submit it. Do not send passwords or downloadable files.
Community and account help
Use the Contact form for help with a WGR member account, profile, automatic forum rank, post, reply or forum message. Include your username and the relevant forum page, but never send your password. Moderation appeals should explain what happened and identify the affected content.
Privacy and data requests
Use this page to ask about personal information held by WGR or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or another applicable data-protection right. Put “Privacy request” in the subject and provide enough information for WGR to identify the relevant account or message. WGR may need to verify your identity before disclosing personal information.
Accessibility
If anything on WGR is difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom or another assistive tool, describe the page, device and problem. WGR will review the barrier and provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
Copyright and content removal
Use the Report Copyright page for a genuine copyright or content-removal request. Give the exact WGR URL, identify the original work and explain your authority to act. This helps WGR investigate without unnecessary delay.
Safety
Never include account passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information in a WGR form. Response times vary with the nature of the request, and urgent danger should be reported to the appropriate emergency service or platform.
Member features and event corrections
Use the Members area to edit your profile, choose whether About me and favourites are public, view your linked artists and review submission decisions or forum notifications. Contact WGR if a connection, notification, event date, venue, description or image is wrong; include the exact page URL. Event tickets and refunds must be discussed with the linked seller or organiser.
