Weedy Garage Radio (WGR) is an independent discovery hub for underground music, DJs, producers, labels and listeners. Use the Homepage to see what is featured now, browse the Schedule for upcoming programmes, explore Artists and New Music, read the Blog, or join the Chatroom.
How to listen
The Homepage and Chatroom show the same schedule-driven programme. Each programme displays its UK start and finish time. Playback never starts automatically: choose a programme and press Play when you want to listen. If a source does not load, use its Open Platform button to visit the official page.
Finding music and artists
Artist pages bring together biographies, genres, releases and official support links. New Music can be searched and filtered, while the genre list helps you narrow the results. Featured artists and releases change regularly so visitors can discover more of the WGR catalogue.
Using the Schedule
The Schedule is organised by day. Live Now identifies the current programme and Up Next shows what follows. Times are shown in UK local time. A manual broadcast can be added by an administrator without changing the rest of the weekly rotation.
Using the Chatroom
Anyone can read the room. Create an account or sign in to send messages, links and emojis when the room is open. If the room says Read-only, existing messages remain visible but new messages are paused. Be respectful and never share passwords, payment details or private information.
Music stays with its source
WGR uses official public links or players supplied by services such as YouTube, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Twitch, Kick, Bandcamp, Beatport and Facebook. The provider and uploader control the source media. WGR presents artist and programme information to help visitors discover and support creators.
Support the artist
Buttons marked Support artist, Listen, Buy or Open Platform lead to the artist or originating service. Any follow, purchase or donation is handled by that external service. Check its information before completing a transaction.
Submit music
Artists, DJs, labels and authorised representatives can use Submit Music to send an official listening link. Include accurate artist, release and contact details. You must own the submitted material or have permission to provide it. Submission does not guarantee publication or scheduling.
Report a problem
Use Contact for broken links, corrections, accessibility help, account questions or community concerns. Use Copyright / DMCA Report for a rights or removal request. Include the exact WGR page, the item involved and enough information for the team to locate it. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Privacy and safety
WGR uses account, moderation, anti-spam and security controls. The Chatroom database retains only the newest 100 messages, although necessary account, moderation and security records may be kept separately. See Privacy, Cookies and Terms for more detail.
