Respect for creators
Weedy Garage Radio (WGR) respects copyright, performer rights, trade marks and other intellectual-property rights. Music, recordings, compositions, photographs, artwork, text, names, logos and videos remain the property of their respective owners.
WGR's discovery role
WGR presents schedules, artist information, releases and official external links or players so visitors can discover creators. Source media normally remains hosted and delivered by the originating platform. WGR does not intentionally download or re-host scheduled external recordings.
Permission and submissions
Anybody submitting music, artwork, photographs, biographies or links confirms that they own the material or have sufficient permission for WGR to display it for discovery and promotion. Submitters must provide accurate information and identify third-party material. WGR may request evidence and may reject, correct or remove material where ownership or permission is unclear.
WGR artwork and branding
WGR-owned branding may be used only with permission. Stock, commissioned, user-supplied or AI-assisted images should have a recorded source and terms allowing their intended use. Material supplied by another person remains subject to that person's rights and promises.
Reporting a concern
Use /dmca-report or email admin@weedygarageradio.xyz. Include:
- your name and contact details;
- the work or material concerned;
- the exact WGR page or listing;
- why you believe it should be corrected or removed;
- confirmation that the report is accurate and made in good faith; and
- confirmation that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.
Do not submit knowingly false, misleading or abusive reports.
Review and action
WGR may temporarily hide material while a report is reviewed, contact the submitter or originating provider, preserve relevant records and remove or disable a link, image or listing where appropriate. WGR may share the substance of a report with the affected submitter or provider where reasonably necessary to investigate it.
External source reports
If the media itself is hosted by another platform, you may also need to use that provider's reporting process. Removing a WGR listing does not remove material from the originating service.
