Terms of Use
Using WGR
Weedy Garage Radio (WGR) is an independent music-discovery and community website presenting schedules, artist information, releases, a Chatroom and official external links or players. By using WGR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping login details secure. Do not share an account, impersonate somebody, evade a restriction, automate abuse or interfere with WGR, its visitors, forms, players, database or administration tools.
Chatroom rules
Do not post illegal material, threats, harassment, hate, stalking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, encouragement of serious self-harm, terrorism, fraud, scams, impersonation, private information, malware, copyright infringement or spam. Do not use WGR to arrange illegal activity or harm another person.
Moderation
WGR may review reports, remove or hide content, restrict links, pin notices, place the Chatroom in read-only mode, suspend or ban accounts or IP addresses and preserve records needed to investigate misuse. WGR may act immediately where content appears illegal or creates an urgent safety or security risk.
Reports and complaints
Report abusive content through Contact or admin@weedygarageradio.xyz. Include the username, approximate date and time, relevant page and a clear description. Rights and removal concerns should use /dmca-report. If moderation appears mistaken, explain the decision and why it should be reconsidered. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Music, artwork and submissions
Submitting music, recordings, artwork, photographs, biographies or links does not transfer ownership to WGR. You confirm that you own the material or have sufficient permission to submit it for discovery and promotion, and that the supplied information is accurate. Do not submit pirated files, unauthorised copies or misleading ownership claims. WGR may request evidence and reject or remove a submission.
Playback and external sources
Playback is user-controlled and does not start automatically. WGR normally uses official external players or links, while the provider and uploader control the source media. Visitors must not copy, download, rebroadcast or reuse material without the relevant owner's permission.
External services and purchases
External platforms control their media, accounts, advertisements, availability, privacy practices and purchases. WGR is not endorsed by those providers and is not the seller in an external transaction. Check the provider's current information before playing media, following a link or paying an artist or seller.
Privacy
Moderation and security may involve usernames, messages, timestamps, email addresses, IP addresses, reports and audit records. WGR handles this information as described in its Privacy Policy. The Chatroom database is limited to the newest 100 messages, although necessary account, moderation, security and backup records may be retained separately.
Children
WGR is not intended for children to submit personal information without appropriate permission. A responsible adult should consider whether the Chatroom and external music platforms are suitable for a child.
Availability
WGR may change schedules, features and integrations, correct errors or take the website offline for maintenance. WGR aims to keep information accurate and services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of external media.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, WGR is not responsible for losses caused by external services, unauthorised user content or events outside reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live.
Changes and contact
