🎧 DJ Kev C – Trance King Top 10 – 28/09/2026 👑
This week's WGR Trance Top 10 has been handed over to DJ Kev C – the Trance King from Teesside.
Kev's selection takes us through different generations of trance, combining huge 90s and early-2000s classics with emotional vocal and uplifting favourites. If you love long builds, massive melodies and those hands-in-the-air moments, this one's for you. 🔥
👑 DJ Kev C – Trance King Top 10
1. Three Drives – Greece 2000 (Original Mix)
An unmistakable trance classic and a massive way to open Kev's selection.
2. Cosmic Gate – Exploration of Space
Harder, driving trance with one of the most recognisable riffs of its era.
3. Armin van Buuren – Shivers (Extended Mix)
Emotional trance with a huge melody and atmosphere.
4. Ciaran McAuley & Clare Stagg – All I Want
Beautiful uplifting vocal trance and a more emotional moment in the Top 10.
5. Veracocha – Carte Blanche (Original Mix)
One of those records that instantly takes you back to the classic trance era.
6. Armin van Buuren – Burned With Desire (Rising Star Extended Vocal Mix)
Classic vocal trance with a proper long-form build.
7. Gareth Emery feat. Christina Novelli – Concrete Angel
A massive vocal trance favourite that became one of Gareth Emery's best-known tracks.
8. Gareth Emery – Long Way Home
Atmospheric, melodic and another great example of the emotional side of trance.
9. BBE – Seven Days and One Week
Straight back to the 1990s with one of the era's instantly recognisable dance records.
10. Solarstone – Seven Cities (Armin van Buuren Remix)
A brilliant choice to finish the chart — classic trance atmosphere from start to finish.
🔊 Teesside Trance
There's a lot of trance history packed into these ten selections. Three Drives, Cosmic Gate, Veracocha, BBE, Solarstone, Armin van Buuren and Gareth Emery all feature, making this a proper journey through the sound rather than simply ten tracks from one period.
Big respect to DJ Kev C for putting together his WGR Top 10. 👑🎧
